Senior Contract Manager/Coordinator, Qatar (since December 2007). Responsible for contract and dispute management.

 

Senior Contract Manager based in Thailand 2005-2007 responsible for procurement and dispute management for civil engineering projects in S.E. Asia (Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong).

 

November 2002 to March 2005

 

Tengson Associates, Thailand: Seconded to Contractor ITO Joint Venture (Italian-Thai, Takenaka, Obayashi) for construction of Main Terminal, Concourse and Underground Train Station at the New Bangkok International Airport.

 

Senior Contract Manager responsible for commercial and contract administration. Head of sub-contract administration department: structuring and managing commercial procedures and facilitating negotiations towards timely and amicable settlement of disputes, claims and final accounts.
